OVERVIEW

We developed an AI-powered CRM solution designed to give commercial teams richer client insights before and during meetings, while streamlining the capture and reporting of their daily activities.

1. Context & Purpose

Sales teams often struggled to access a full picture of client interactions—previous conversations, quotations, and agreements—leading to gaps in preparation and inconsistent follow-up. The goal was to centralize this knowledge and make it available in real time.

2. AI-Powered Review & Summaries

After each meeting, salespeople can record a quick voice note. AI automatically transcribes it, extracts the key information, and generates a concise meeting summary with actionable insights—ensuring nothing is lost.

3. Smart Alerts, Email Sync & Reporting

The system reads quotation emails, extracts relevant data, and imports it directly into the CRM. Automated alerts notify the team of critical follow-ups, while daily commercial reports provide management with clear visibility of all sales activity.
